My first version of this was particularly bad. This will hopefully offer some redemption. I had some boards made at JLCPCB. Soldered the through hole parts myself. Milled an enclosure and drilled. Everything went pretty well. There is an issue with the PCB mounted too far from the edge of the enclosure. I drilled the holes larger, it works but is imperfect.
Another issue is the USB port looks like it might be too close to the bottom of the enclosure and a cable might intersect the lip of the bottom of the enclosure.
